  • What’s your style?
    My style is a vibrant blend of documentary photography and creative storytelling. I focus on capturing authentic moments and the true essence of your day, all while being unobtrusive. I guide you gently for natural portraits without any awkward posing, aiming for images that reflect the genuine emotions and energy of your celebration. Expect bold, unique photos that allow you to relive your wedding story and showcase the personalities of everyone involved.
  • What’s included in your coverage, and when do you arrive and leave?
    We provide all-day coverage from start to finish, capturing everything from bride and groom preparations to the ceremony, portraits, reception, and dancing. Our main package has no restrictions on time, number of images, or locations, so you can fully enjoy your special day while we document every moment. I prefer to leave only after I’ve captured the day’s story, and for smaller packages, we can discuss and agree on the timing in advance.
  • Do you offer photography for small weddings or elopements for just a few hours?
    Absolutely! I love intimate weddings and would be happy to cover part of your day. Feel free to check out the packages available, and don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss your plans and figure out the right number of hours for you.
  • Do you travel for weddings?
    Yes! There’s no travel charge for weddings within 100 km of Ragusa. For locations in Sicily beyond that, the only extra cost is gas. In rare cases, accommodation for one or two nights may be needed. I’d also love to photograph your destination wedding!
  • Are there any additional costs for destination weddings outside the region or country?
    No additional costs beyond travel and accommodation, which will be covered directly by the couple.
  • How long will it take to receive our photos?
    You’ll receive a preview and slideshow within two to three days after your wedding. Your private online gallery will be available about six weeks later, where you can choose photos for your album. After your approval, the album will take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
  • Do you work alone or do you have a team?
    I typically work alone, as most weddings only require one photographer. However, for larger weddings with over 150 guests, multiple locations, or a big wedding party, I can bring in additional photographers I trust. I only collaborate with talented professionals who have experience equal to mine.
  • How many photos will we receive?
    Depending on the package, you'll receive a minimum of 400 images, but it often ends up being more. We believe in quality over quantity, so you won’t get a couple thousand mediocre shots. Instead, we focus on selecting and carefully editing the best moments from your day. On average, couples typically receive between 700 and 1000 images for a standard 8-hour wedding. If you’re having a great time, rest assured I’ll be capturing every joyful moment!
  • Can you hold our date for us?
    To secure your date, I require a contract and a non-refundable deposit of €200. Once that’s done, the day is yours! I only book one wedding per day, regardless of the package. The balance is due two weeks before your wedding.
  • How do we book you?
    Booking is super easy: just email me to let me know you’re ready to kick things off, and I’ll send over your contract. Everything is online, so you can sign it and then head to the payment page for your retainer. And just like that, it’s all set! Then it’s time to have some fun!
  • How does a wedding day feel with you?
    It’s an absolute blast! I focus on honouring your family, friends, and the special moments you’ll share together. I’m always on the lookout for ways to make your day run smoothly and feel more relaxed. During those intimate moments, I’ll quietly blend into the background and be discreet during your ceremony, and then we’ll amp up the energy and have a fantastic time at your reception. Throughout the day, I’ll stay respectful and attentive, capturing your moments in ways that will transport you back to those feelings whenever you look at your photos.
  • I hate having my photo taken and we're both really awkward — why should I hire you to capture our moments?
    Most people hate having their photo taken because they feel unnatural and awkward. But our clients often say they didn’t even notice us on their wedding day. We aim to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that captures the real you. I love working with couples who think they’re awkward—often, they’re the most authentic and enjoyable! Let’s do a “date night” together, whether it’s grabbing coffee or exploring a local spot. I promise, it won’t be as awkward as you think, and we’ll capture great moments along the way!
  • What should we do if the weather turns bad?
    We have a little secret to share: when things go awry at a wedding (like the weather), we actually get excited! We thrive on the unexpected and love capturing those moments when plans change. It makes your day unique, rather than just another cookie-cutter event. If you choose to move the wedding indoors—maybe even to your neighbour’s basement—we'll be there to document that too. We’re all about highlighting the genuine magic of your wedding day, whatever it may bring!
  • If we choose the digital-only package can we change our minds and get an album later?
    Absolutely! Before the wedding, the focus is on capturing beautiful images. After the wedding, once you've seen the photos, we can discuss album options and pricing.
  • Can we order additional albums?
    Yes, you can! I’d be happy to show you options for purchasing extra or parent albums.
  • How do we receive our photos?
    Once your photos are ready, you’ll get an email with a link to a secure online gallery where you can view, download, and share all the high-resolution images from your wedding day.
  • Do we get all of the photos?
    Not exactly! I usually shoot over 3000 images throughout the day because I want to document every moment! However, that includes duplicates and the occasional closed-eye shot. I believe every photo should be cherished, so I’ll only deliver the well-exposed and flattering ones. While I capture a ton throughout the day, I hold back any that don’t meet my quality standards. Selection is key in my work, but I promise not to withhold any great images of you, your family, or friends. You’ll receive all the best moments!
  • Do you adjust skin, remove wrinkles, or edit appearances?
    My style combines documentary and fine art with minimal retouching. I avoid keeping temporary blemishes that might cause discomfort. All photos will receive basic edits for colour, light, and contrast, along with minor skin adjustments if needed. You can view my portfolio for examples of what to expect.
